Weflyn is a website for local music. People can upload their own recordings. This page explains how to report alleged copyright infringement. You do not need an account to read it.

Upload recordings you made and have the right to share. Do not post other people’s commercial tracks, rips, or covers of songs you did not write until Weflyn has licenses for that.

To report alleged infringement, send a notice that includes: (1) your contact information; (2) a description of the copyrighted work; (3) the URL or other location of the material on Weflyn; (4) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized; (5) a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act; and (6) your physical or electronic signature.

Send that notice to in-app Feedback marked “DMCA”. After a valid notice we may remove the material. Repeat infringers may lose their account. If your material was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notice with the details the law requires.

Counsel should register a designated agent with the U.S. Copyright Office before relying on DMCA safe-harbor. This page is the public address for that agent once registered. Until then, use Feedback as described above.
